Employee Offboarding Process

At CWS Israel, we recognise the significance of the employee offboarding process as being equally important as onboarding. Managed with the utmost professionalism and meticulous attention to detail, our offboarding procedure is designed to ensure a smooth and respectful transition for both the departing employee and the client company. The offboarding process addresses both the practical and interpersonal aspects of an employee’s departure. By managing this process effectively, we help maintain positive relationships and uphold the professional standards of our client companies.

The process encompasses several key stages and roles:

Initiation of Offboarding
  • Offboarding begins when an employee resigns, retires, or is terminated. We work closely with the client company to understand the specifics of the departure.
Hearing Process
  • An integral part of our offboarding procedure is the hearing process. This is a formal meeting where the employee can discuss their departure and raise any concerns or issues. This process is handled with sensitivity and confidentiality, ensuring that any grievances or feedback are appropriately addressed.
  • A formal notification outlining the offboarding process and expectations for the upcoming stages is provided to the employee.
Final Payroll and Benefits Settlement
  • Our team ensures all final wages, unused vacation pay, and other owed benefits are accurately calculated and disbursed.
  • We manage the termination of benefits and other services in line with Israeli labour laws and company policies.
Legal and Administrative Closure
  • We meticulously handle all legal and administrative aspects of the termination, including updating employment records and ensuring compliance with termination procedures.
  • The process also involves addressing any final legal or contractual obligations.
Support and Communication
  • Throughout the offboarding process, we maintain open communication with both the departing employee and the client company.
  • Our aim is to provide support and clarity, ensuring a smooth transition while conducting the offboarding process with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Monthly Payroll Cycle

The Monthly Payroll Cycle is a regular, systematic process where CWS calculates, verifies, and distributes monthly wages and related benefits to employees on behalf of client companies, involving the preparation and sharing of a detailed Payroll Report for transparency and accuracy, followed by issuing a monthly invoice to the client covering the total payroll costs.
