Payroll Officer / Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes for our clients with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle bookkeeping — financial records, invoices, bank reconciliation
- Liaise with employees and clients to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare payroll and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Israeli payroll and taxation laws
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for seamless payroll integration

Required Qualifications
- Certified Payroll Officer
- Certified Bookkeeper — Level 3 or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or bookkeeping
- Hebrew and English proficiency — spoken and written
- Expert in Priority payroll and accounting systems
- Strong numerical skills and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the EOR industry
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with AI tools
