CWS Israel – EOR Pricing Packages Terms and Conditions
1. Service Commitment: We guarantee that, if you are not entirely satisfied with our services within the first 8 weeks, you will not be charged. This is subject to the client providing feedback and allowing us a reasonable period to rectify any issues. 2. Pricing Packages: Lite Package: Charges are set at $599 per month. This rate is subject to change with a 30-day prior notice. Premium Package: Charges are set at 9.5% per month of the decided contract value. Rates and inclusions may vary based on the specific agreement. Discounts are applicable for annual payments and for clients hiring more than 5 employees, as indicated. 3. Termination: Clients can terminate our services with 30 days’ written notice. 4. Compliance: All our operations are compliant, as verified by PWC. While we do our utmost to ensure 100% compliance, the client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information. 5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. 7. Disclaimer: The satisfaction guarantee is subject to terms and conditions. We reserve the right to ask for feedback and to attempt to resolve any concerns before waiving charges.
