- Master the Ads: Youโll manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Embrace the Future: Youโll leverage your expertise in AI agents to enhance our marketing strategies and operations.
- Keep Us Organized: Youโll help with document formatting and calendar management to keep our team running smoothly.
What Youโll Bring
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
- A digital marketing certification from Google, HubSpot, or a similar organization.
- Demonstrated experience with AI agents and a keen interest in the future of marketing.
- Experience with CRM software (PipeDrive is a plus).
- A proven track record of creating engaging content and managing social media accounts.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.

- Join our finance function and manage payroll processes for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle bookkeeping duties including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Regularly interact with employees and customers to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare various payroll and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Israeli and payroll and taxation laws.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other systems.

- Certified Payroll Officer
- Certified Bookkeeper โ Level 3+
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written, is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Expert in Priority payroll and accounting systems.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
