Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete payroll process for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle bookkeeping duties including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Regularly interact with customers to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Prepare various payroll and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Israeli and payroll and taxation laws.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other systems.

Skills Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Payroll Officer
  • Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3+
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • Experience in the Employment of Record industry is a plus.
  • Expert in Priority payroll and accounting systems.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the organisation’s marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager is our brand custodian, and our customer’s advocate within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to legal guidelines, company policies and ethical business practice.

Skills Required

Education & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is a must. Advanced degrees such as an MBA an advantage.
  • Recent and updated Certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or related areas.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a related industry such as HR, global employment solutions, or international business.

Digital Marketing & SEO Skills:

  • The ability to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and email marketing services.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Experience in creating and managing high-quality content for various channels including websites, social media, and newsletters.
  • The ability to tell the company’s story in a way that appeals to clients, attracts potential employees, and enhances brand awareness.

Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders including customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Experience in public relations and media outreach.
  • The ability to establish relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Project Management Skills:

  • Good organizational and project management skills to handle different projects at the same time.
  • Ability to work within budget constraints and allocate resources efficiently.

Cross-Cultural Understanding:

  • Given the global nature of the business, an understanding of different cultures and markets is crucial.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages could be a valuable asset. English is a must! Hebrew an advantage.
  • Knowledge of international marketing strategies.

Adaptability & Creativity:

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Creative thinking skills to come up with innovative marketing strategies that can achieve results with limited resources.

Strategic Thinking & Planning

    • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s business goals.
