Our fee structure is transparent and performance-based: a monthly base fee of 50₪ plus up to 5% transaction fee on invoiced amounts (VAT excluded), charged only when payslips are issued and services are actually provided—meaning no work, no charges. You retain full control over your business operations, client relationships, and work scheduling, while we handle invoice generation, payment processing, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance. Please note that payments are processed within 5 business days of receiving payment from your clients, and CWS Israel does not pursue collections on your behalf, maintaining the independent contractor relationship governed by commercial law principles rather than employment law.
