Onboarding Process
Hiring talent in Israel doesn’t have to be complex. At CWS Israel, we make onboarding smooth, transparent, and human-first—from contract signing to employee orientation. Whether you’re a global enterprise or a growing startup, our process is designed to support both you and your team every step of the way.
Step-by-Step: How Our Onboarding Process Works
1. Proposal Acceptance
We begin by formally accepting the terms of engagement.
2. Initial Invoice Issued
Once our proposal is accepted, we generate an initial invoice which includes a security deposit and may include a pro-rata portion of the employer cost to ensure there are no delays in employee engagement and payment. This step ensures smooth financial flow as we prepare for onboarding.
3. Employment Agreement Drafting
Next, we prepare the employment agreement, fully compliant with Israeli labour laws and tailored to your team member’s role. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the terms before we move forward.
4. Employee Welcome Call
Our team warmly welcomes your new hire with a dedicated call. We provide clarity on benefits, address any concerns, and give them a guided tour of our Talent Portal.
5. Agreement e-Signing
The approved employment contract is shared with the employee for their acceptance. They can review, sign, and upload any required documents in just a few clicks.
6. Orientation and Integration
Once the Agreement is signed, your new team member officially joins the CWS family. We walk them through our employee programs, payroll process, leave management, and well-being resources—ensuring a confident, supported start.
